The Moth

I'm pretty sure you've heard about . It's that project where people stand in front of a live audience, without notes, and tell stories.

The stories are often funny, touching, surprising. They are recorded and shared via podcast and a radio show, The Moth Radio Hour.

I say "pretty sure" because so many ÉîÒ¹¸£Àû listeners contact us to say "Will you carry The Moth Radio Hour?" Well....I'm happy to say, yes! We will! Beginning Sunday!

Never heard it? You can listen to one of my recent favorites. The story is told by Adam Savage. You might know him from the popular  Discovery Channel show, . (In that show, he does science stuff in an extreme way, blowing things up, for example, to test popular myths.)

But the story Savage told on The Moth stage was not about science or myths, it was about his two sons. (He calls them Thing 1 and Thing 2 in the story.)

His story was part of the episode entitled "." Listen:

The Moth will be on ÉîÒ¹¸£Àû Sundays at 6 p.m., replacing the limited run of Here's The Thing With Alec Baldwin.

The Moth is always looking for stories. right from the comfort of your own computer.
